Order Processing
Each item in our store is created on demand by our independent designers and production partners.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
Shipping times vary depending on your location and the production partner fulfilling your order. Most orders arrive within:

U.S. orders: 5–10 business days after processing

International orders: 10–20 business days after processing
Please note: these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays outside our control.
Multiple Shipments
Because we collaborate with several independent creators and print partners, your order may arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking details for each shipment as they’re fulfilled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on weight, location, and carrier.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you don’t see tracking updates within a few days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact support@theblackpolishsociety.com.
We’ll help track your shipment and, if necessary, file a claim with the carrier.
Please note: we are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes assessed by their country.
We cannot mark orders as “gift” or alter declared values on customs forms.
