Returns & Exchanges
At The Black Polish Society, every item is created through our collective of independent designers and print partners. Because each order is made on demand, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days of delivery if there’s an issue. Email us at support@theblackpolishsociety.com with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the problem.
If your claim is approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Order Adjustments & Cancellations
Because each product is made to order, cancellations or changes can only be made within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, we’re unable to modify or cancel your order.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost in transit or delayed, please contact us so we can help file a claim or track the shipment. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Final Sale Items
Limited drops, discounted items, and collaborations are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or misprinted.
